Everything about The Tpa Tour totally explained
The
TPA Tour was a temporary name for the primary professional golf tour in the
U.S. in the early
1980s, lasting for less than seven months.
In
1981, the
PGA Tour had a marketing dispute with the
PGA of America and decided to change its name. Beginning in late
August 1981, the tour became the
TPA Tour, for the "Tournament Players Association."
